1 Interpretations & Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "99sl" or "Platform" — refers to the website, mobile app, and all services operated under the 99sl brand.
• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered a valid account with 99sl and is authorised to use the platform's services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a member on the 99sl platform, containing personal information, account balance, and transaction history.
• "Withdrawable Balance" — refers to the total funds in a member's account that are eligible for withdrawal, excluding any bonus amounts still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — refers to any credits, free cash, free spins, or other incentives granted by 99sl to members as part of a promotion or rewards programme.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process requiring members to submit valid identification documents for identity verification purposes.
• "RNG" — refers to the Random Number Generator (RNG) used in all 99sl games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

2 Registration Eligibility

Registration and use of the 99sl platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• A natural person (not a company, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on their own behalf.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or gambling prohibition register imposed by any relevant authority.
• Not having had an account previously closed or suspended by 99sl due to fraud, misconduct, or prior terms violations.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3 Member Account

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 99sl reserves the right to verify all provided information at any time. You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information remains up to date.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Choose a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Notify 99sl immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not accessing your 99sl account via a public computer or unsecured public Wi-Fi network.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.

99sl will never ask for your password or sensitive security information via email, messaging, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from 99sl, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

99sl supports a range of payment methods to facilitate financial transactions for Malaysia members, including FPX online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods listed in the Finance section of the platform. All available payment methods are legitimate and secure.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for all supported payment methods.
• All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within minutes.
• Funds deposited must be your own and from a legitimate source.
• 99sl does not accept deposits from third parties or credit/debit cards in someone else's name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 working hours upon completion of verification.
• The first withdrawal to a new account requires completed KYC verification.
• For security and anti-money laundering compliance, the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• 99sl reserves the right to request additional documents for any withdrawal deemed unusual or requiring further verification.

5 Bonus & Promotions

99sl offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP program rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the respective promotions page.

General terms applicable to all 99sl bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before the balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times).
• Valid Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically.
• Bonus Wagering Limit: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum bet per round or hand is MYR 20 unless otherwise stated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute at different percentages.
• One Bonus Only: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

99sl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedging techniques, or any strategy deemed to be bonus exploitation — will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the 99sl platform are operated according to their respective specific rules, which are available within the game interface. In general, the following rules apply to all games:

• All game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of dissatisfaction with random outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 99sl will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, the wager will be returned to the member.
• All progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is made.
• Any evidence of manipulation, hacking, or use of unauthorised third-party software will result in immediate account termination.

7 Member Responsibilities

As a 99sl member, you acknowledge and agree that you bear full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account. You agree that:

• You play at your own initiative and acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
• You will not use the 99sl platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• You will not attempt to access another member's account or interfere with the platform's operations in any way.
• You will notify 99sl immediately if you suspect that a person under the age of 18 is using your device or account.
• You are responsible for any taxes or other financial obligations arising from your winnings under applicable law.

8 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 99sl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by technical factors, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond 99sl's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any action taken by 99sl in accordance with these terms and conditions, including account suspension or termination.

9 Account Termination

Either you or 99sl may terminate a member account at any time. However, the following terms will apply:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 99sl customer support team. Once the request is received, any eligible balance will be returned to you via a valid payment method within 3–5 business days, after all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Termination by 99sl: 99sl reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if:

• The member breaches any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• The member is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The member uses multiple accounts or abuses the bonus system.
• The member is found to be under 18 years of age.
• 99sl is required to do so in accordance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

In the event of account termination due to fraud or serious breach of terms, 99sl reserves the right to withhold all balances in the affected accounts pending investigation and, if necessary, to submit relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

10 Changes to Terms

99sl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the 99sl platform after the effective date of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version. The most recent update date is always displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal action is taken.
